Amanda Layton
Amanda is the Director of LaytonLearning. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach, who started her career in the NHS as a general nurse and specialised in acute mental health. She has worked in the NHS for thirty years, with over seventeen years in quality improvement and redesign, and now works independently for the NHS.
She directed the first national Collaborative Programme on Cancer Service Redesign across West London and was until March 2006 directing the London Learning Partnership, a highly successful programme of development, funded by London's five Workforce Confederations to support practical learning in service improvement for health and social care staff.
Amanda is a qualified coach, and is licensed to use MBTI, Firo B and the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework 360 feedback tool. She is also an NLP advanced practitioner, which supports her skills as a change agent and her work with leading and developing teams. She is on the Improvement Suppliers List for the NHS Institute and was part of the design team on a number of the Improvement Leaders' Guides.

Prof. Sarah Fraser – Independent
Consultant
As an independent consultant Sarah spends much
of her time working with large-scale improvement initiatives in
the UK National Health Service. She supports various NHS modernisation
and organisation Agency teams by providing expertise and advice
on a number of specialist issues. Sarah also works with the Institute
of Healthcare Improvement in the USA as well as with clients in
Sweden, Holland and Canada. Prior to joining the NHS in 1997, she
was employed for 10 years by Esso UK and held a variety of management
and executive roles in the UK and in Europe.

Sir Graham Morgan - Former Executive Director
of Strategy and Innovation
Sir Graham has a long and distinguished history of pioneering service
change within the NHS. He led the clinical team that developed the
first treatment centre in Europe (the Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic
Centre at Central Middlesex). This Centre is recognised as a trail-blazer
for the entire elective care reform programme in the UK and Graham’s
work on redesigning and extending the roles of nurses and therapists
within ACAD was fundamental to its success. He followed this success
with a further pioneering development, redesigning emergency care
on the Central Middlesex site.
A true innovator, Sir Graham is renowned for his ability to challenge existing practice and successfully introduce new ways of working in healthcare. He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, and has advised governments on workforce issues in the UK, Europe and Russia. He has published a number of articles and contributed to two books on multi-disciplinary managed care.
He was created a Knight Batchelor in 2000 for services to health care.
Isabelle Iny - Organisation Development
Consultant and Trainer
Isabelle is an independent management consultant with experience that spans NHS, local government and the private sector. Isabelle has particular skills in meeting organisational and personal goals through: Change Management, Organisation Development, Mentoring and Coaching, Career Management and Quality Management. Isabelle has particular expertise in partnership working between Health, Social Services and Education.
Isabelle has an MBA, and qualifications in Psychology, Careers Guidance, Personnel Management, Coaching and Quality Management Systems. She is licensed to administer the NHS Leadership Qualities framework 360 feedback tool, Myers Briggs, OPQ, Firo B and Herrmann tools.
From 2003-2006 Isabelle worked as Head of Leadership Development in a Strategic Health Authority, during that time she delivered coaching, psychometric testing and careers counselling to Directors and other senior managers. She also designed and ran courses on Leadership, Personal Development Planning and Networking skills. She set up mentoring and shadowing programmes and created an action learning set for NHS chief executives across London .
In addition to designing and facilitating bespoke strategic workshops and training events, Isabelle is experienced in the design and delivery of organisational diagnostics using tools such as EFQM, Balanced Scorecard, structured interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and trend analysis of customer/client feedback.
Roy Gillett - MBA, CBiol., MIBiol., Dip. Immunol.
After a career in Medical Research and having gained an MBA, Roy became a management academic as Course Director for the MBA programme of a major London Business School. An expert in strategy, managing change and management research he was a member of the University's Centre for Public Sector Management for whom he undertook various consultancy projects. In 1994 Roy turned freelance and since then has worked for a wide variety of clients, from large multi-national and international organisations, through smaller entrepreneurial businesses to public sector organisations of all kinds. In recent years he has been in particular demand from the Health Sector. His consultancy interventions range from strategy analysis and development, change programme design, designing and delivering management development programmes for public and private sector clients, to executive mentoring with top teams and individual senior managers in public and private sector organisations. He has recently worked with top managers in such organisations as the NHS, Novartis Pharma, Selex Communications, Kraft Foods, Unilever and Tetra Pak SA. He still teaches on prestigious post-graduate courses for Birkbeck College, University of London and serves as an External Examiner in Strategy and Change Management. Roy has a very practical pragmatic friendly and flexible approach, underpinned by a deep conceptual understanding of strategy, personal and team dynamics and the nature of behaviour within organisations. He is equally at home delivering formal training or working one to one or with small groups developing and evaluating strategy and change programmes.
