We have experience of working with teams to develop specialist ‘one-off’ events and programmes designed to meet specific needs. Examples of our work in this area include.
- Supporting a learning network on service improvement across a London SHA.
- Team building to create effective team working within local departments and across networks.
- Facilitating the redesign of the reception process in Holloway Prisons to streamline and enhance the process. Over fifty people attended this full day workshop included the prison Governor and fifteen prisoners.
- Leading a multidisciplinary workshop on developing Integrated Care Pathways for a London PCT and its neighbouring Trusts.
We would be very pleased to discuss your requirements and prepare a possible training and development solution for your organisation. For more details, please contact Amanda Layton

the last 5 years to over 8,000 health and social care staff from across

the following headlines:
* 98% would recommend to others
* 97% would be able to apply the skills learnt
‘I learned an awful lot from these courses. I gained people skills and learned how to take a new and different approach to change’ - Consultant Urologist
‘One of its strengths is that it has got so many people of a very high calibre involved, with experience of running NHS organisations. The delegate to delegate learning is almost as valuable as the direct learning from the teacher on these courses’ – Programme Director for Mental Health.
